We plan on hosting a number of events down the line. The Mindful Makers | Content Day event series is designed to provide mindful makers with convenient, affordable, and professional photography.

WHAT WILL THE EVENT LOOK LIKE?

PERSONAL BRAND PHOTOS


A simple 30-minute mini photoshoot event for artists & artisans to capture personal branding shots and pose with their offerings.


These types of shots are great for makers who are in need of photos for website bios, fresh social media content, updated LinkedIn headshots, online courses, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, magazine features, and more.


Healers Edition will be capturing back-to-back mini photo sessions.


INTERESTED IN A MORE ELABORATE EVENT?

Themed


Set up a specific scene for the photoshoot. This is great for seasonal campaigns, holiday content, or lifestyle shots. This can be a fun way of creating unique photos with staged environments.

Provide the option to elevate your shoot with artistic add-ons. Some add-ons include booking models, makeup artists, stylists, etc. This is great for makers who do not want to model their offerings.

Collaborate with brands to have their offerings featured in the photos. Involving more people can help spread awareness about the event. Some examples: venues as locations or products as props.

HOW DOES IT WORK FOR ATTENDEES?



1. SESSION BOOKING


Choose a 30-minute time slot that works for you.

Fill out a short pre-session questionnaire so we can assure your photos fit your brand.

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation with helpful tips on what to prepare for your session (what to wear, props inspiration, additional advice).

The session meeting point will be provided after booking your session.


2. PHOTOSHOOT DAY


Bring any props, products, or items you'd like to include in your shots.

Natasha will capture your photos within the allocated 30 minutes.

If you are running late, please text or call Natasha (the photographer) immediately to let her know!


3. IMAGE DELIVERY


Within 14 days of your session, you will receive a link to your Pixieset online gallery.

Lightly edited images captured during your session will be available for purchase.

You will be able to select, purchase, and download your favorites through the Pixieset platform.

MARKETING THE EVENT


I put together a list of marketing methods that I believe will help me reach my goals.


In our discovery stage, I will ask you to fill out a form and provide information you'd like included in the marketing materials.

I created templates and found ways of simplifying your tasks.


I put in parenthesis who will need to take action for each marketing touchpoint.

(Your information will still be included in touchpoints where you are not required to take action.)

I'd love to hear your ideas or additional creative methods you'd like to include to spread the word.

--- HEALERS EDITION:

I will set up a Healers Edition Eventbrite event.

I recognize you might have a larger number of followers on Eventbrite and that your account might make sense in order to attract more people. However, I plan on doing more Healers Edition events in the future and I am hoping to slowly start building my email list.

Having the list of attendees will also make it easier for me to send them the online photo gallery after the event. I will also be collecting information for our shoot including attendee's phone number, their goals for the photoshoot, and more.

Marketing Content Form

I will send you a form to collect your marketing content. The information you provide will be copy-pasted into the touchpoints.

Eventbrite

We'll decide on an ideal date for the mini-photoshoot event. I will set up a Healers Edition Eventbrite event for attendees to sign up.

Content creation

I will use Canva to create the marketing content (Instagram posts, email newsletter, etc). I will send you a review link for your approval.


Step #5

Marketing

In this stage, we will promote the event.
We will each share our given marketing content.


Step #6

Event day

I will capture back-to-back mini-photoshoots.
You will have the option to host your portion of the event with attendees who completed their session.

Delivery

I will send attendees the online photo gallery where they can download and purchase their photos. I will also share a discount code with them if they'd like to book another photoshoot with me.
