PRICING BREAKDOWN


In order to delight your attendees with free professional photography, we'll budget the price of photos into your ticket.

Before launching the event, we'll discuss an appropriate amount you feel comfortable with.


(For context, my regular photoshoot pricing is $524 per person.)


Suggested Prices

$20 ticket -> $35 ticket : added $15 / ticket

$100 ticket -> $150 ticket : added $50 / ticket

$1000 ticket -> $1150 ticket : added $150 / ticket


The total payment will be due prior to receiving the photo gallery.

What does the pricing take into account?

While I would love to offer you free photography, I'm a full-time photographer, and charging for event photography allows me to keep pursuing my passion and funding my other projects.

The pricing per ticket takes into account travel time, photography equipment, 10+ years of experience, processing/ editing time, editing software subscription, hard drives/ storage fees, content creation, online gallery services, and more.

For context, if I were to hire an editor to help me sort and edit the photos, that would cost me between $600- $1200/ event.
(After a 1-2 hour event, I usually end up with 2000-4000 photos to sort through. On the lower end, editors charge $150/500 photos.)

Can the attendees pay for the photos separately?

If you don't feel like you're able to include the photo pricing in your ticket, we can discuss the possibility of having attendees pay for their photos after the event. However, please consider the following:
- as fewer people will purchase the photos, I will need to raise the price/ photo
- since there will be less people willing to purchase, fewer will share the photos online, which means less advertising for your event
- if attendees paid for the photos, they will also feel less inclined to tag your account as a "thank you"

How it works




1- BEFORE THE EVENT


PHOTO BOOTH DESIGN


We will set up a call to discuss goals and logistics:

- find a designated area of the venue to capture photos (with a beautiful background and flattering lighting)

- pick the theme, styling, and branded props to create an aesthetically pleasing, but also a meaningful photoshoot

- review the "event essentials" shot list and create the schedule for the complimentary event coverage

- agree on the photography budget and price per ticket


I will create and send you the marketing content.

We will then launch and advertise the event.




2- DURING THE EVENT


CAPTURING IMAGES


To be photographed, attendees will be asked to scan a QR code that links to a form collecting the following:

- their email address to receive the photo gallery

- their consent to be photographed

- their consent to use photos for our marketing

- their Instagram handle, to tag them when sharing photos

- an invite to subscribe to Healers Edition for photo events


I will capture photos in the designated photoshoot area.

I will capture the event coverage at the scheduled time.




3- AFTER THE EVENT


IMAGE DELIVERY


Within 14 days after the event, I will send the online photo gallery to the photographed attendees.

Attendees will have the option to select and download their favorite images for free.


We will ask attendees to tag both your account and @healersedition when sharing their photos online.


I will invite you as a "collaborator" to an Instagram carousel with the photoshoot highlights.

I will send you a separate online gallery containing the complimentary event photos to use for your own marketing.

I will send the photographed attendees a reminder email when the online gallery is about to expire.

MARKETING AGREEMENT


I put together a list of marketing methods that I believe will help me reach my goals.


In our discovery stage, I will ask you to fill out a form and provide information you'd like included in the marketing materials.

I created templates and looked for ways of simplifying your tasks.

The marketing content will use your brand colors so posts will fit seamlessly on your Instagram profile.

I will send you a description of my services to include in the event booking pages.

I will send you a description to include in the email announcing the event to your email list (with tips to help attendees prepare to be photographed).

Simply copy-paste the description in your email campaign.

INSTAGRAM CAROUSEL COLLABORATOR

I will create an Instagram carousel post about the event.

Simply accept the post "collaborator" invite.

INSTAGRAM STORY REPOST

I will create an Instagram story announcing the last chance to grab a ticket.

Simply repost the story when I tag you.

Marketing Content Form

I will send you a form to collect your marketing content. The information you provide will be copy-pasted into the touchpoints.

Content creation

I will use Canva to create the marketing content. I will send you the descriptions to include in your marketing content.

Marketing

In this stage, we will promote the event.
We will each share our given marketing content.

Event day

I will capture back-to-back photoshoots and event coverage.

Delivery

I will send attendees the online photo gallery where they can favorite and download their photos. I will send you a separate online gallery.
