WHAT IS VALUABLE TO ME?


First, I want to start by saying I am appreciative of all products, services, and experiences.


However, I do have a specific goal I am working to achieve. I am in the process of creating a marketplace for mindful makers - a community of artists and artisans who incorporate healing into their unique offerings. The trades I will be accepting are those that help me in my pursuit of launching this project.

HOW TO HELP ME LAUNCH THE PROJECT


The marketplace currently has 3 core needs.

ASSISTANCE

There is still a lot of work to be done before launching the marketplace. Help me complete the pre-launch checklist by providing your time and space in exchange for a free photoshoot.

The income I receive from my creative work is invested into building the marketplace. Do you know someone who might be interested in purchasing my services? Help me monetize my creative work.

Before launching the marketplace, I will need to build awareness. Help me spread the word with anyone who might find value in the mindful marketplace and build the email subscriber list.

3 steps to FREE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

STEP 1 : ASSISTANCE

SHARE MY FLYER AND BUSINESS CARDS

Prior to capturing the event, I will set up my marketing materials for booking a photoshoot with me.

This will include:
- flyer in your space (studio or venue)
- business cards at your front desk
- my website in your Linktree (Instagram link)

I ask that you please keep my marketing materials up for at least 3 months before removing them.

STEP 2 : FINANCES

EMAIL PHOTO GALLERY TO ATTENDEES

I will capture photos of your event for free.

After the event, I will provide you with an online gallery to share with attendees. Images will be available for purchase at $5/ photo for 1 week following the event.

In your "thank you for event" email, share the online gallery and invite attendees to book a photoshoot with me using your 20% off discount code.

After the 1 week has passed, I will send you (the event host and organizer) the gallery free of charge to use for your own marketing purposes.

STEP 3 : AWARENESS

SEND COMING SOON PAGE TO EMAIL LIST

I will provide you with a link to the Healers Edition | Mindful Makers Marketplace coming soon page.

One week after the event, share the coming soon page with your full email list and encourage them to subscribe.

FEATURE INSTAGRAM POST

Share a post on Instagram promoting my services and profile.

MINI PHOTOSHOOT DAY

Could your community members benefit from a portrait session? Collaborate with me to set up a discounted mini-photoshoot day for in your space.

What if I don't fit the criteria?

I am still open to a photoshoot exchange if your event does not fit the criteria listed above. I am also open to hearing your suggestions!

Do you offer video?

I do not offer video work as part of the exchange. However, if you are interested in a recap timelapse video, please let me know.
