We plan on hosting a number of events down the line.

Our first event series is titled Mindful Makers | Elevate Your Brand.

This event series is designed to provide Mindful Makers with the tools, resources, and skills to thrive.

Our event will focus on a specific niche for event attendees: Mindful Makers.

What is the purpose of the event?


The intention of our Mindful Makers | Elevate Your Brand event series is to provide Mindful Makers with the tools to thrive.

The goal is to provide Mindful Makers with the tools, resources, and skills to thrive.

The event facilitators (partners) will provide mindful business workshops.

I will offer affordable and convenient photography to help mindful makers promote their personal brands.

For Healers Edition, the intention is to grow the email list for future events.

I am also hoping to connect with people in the local wellness community.

I would love to build relationships to partner on future healing and impactful projects.

I would like to meet mindful makers who could find value in booking a photoshoot with me.

Do you own a mindful space? (Ex: Yoga studio, art studio, tea house, etc.) Are you looking to build awareness about your space? Do you have wellness or artistic visitors? Could your community benefit from a mini-photoshoot?

Are you passionate about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences? Are you well connected in the local wellness or artistic community?


WHAT WILL THE EVENT LOOK LIKE?


The event will strongly vary based on the partners for that specific event.


General Description:

In a healing space, a variety of activities will be taking place.

Attendees will follow a natural flow of rotating activities.

All activities will serve to help Mindful Makers improve their business and healing contributions.

The activities will be led by Facilitator Partners (Soulful Business Coaches).

Some potential topics include personal branding, business strategy, web design, sustainability, etc.

While the various activities will vary, one consistent activity will be a mini photoshoot (provided by me).

1- Eventbrite

After we've discussed the event, I will ask you to write a description of your portion of the event.

I will set up a Healers Edition Eventbrite event.

Before marketing, I will ask you to review the event to confirm it accurately describes our collaboration,

Why Healers Edition eventbrite?

I recognize you might have a larger number of followers on Eventbrite than I do and that using your account might make sense in order to attract more people.

However, I plan on doing more Healers Edition events in the future and I am hoping to slowly start building my email list.

Having the list of attendees will also make it easier for me to send them the online photo gallery after the event.

Will my info be in the Eventbrite?

Yes! Of course...

Please send me:
- a description of your portion of the event
- a description of you / your brand/ your company (I will add under partnership)
- any links or additional information you'd like me to include

2- Instagram reel

Prior to the event, share a "collaborator" Instagram reel with the Healers Edition account.

This will be intended to raise awareness about the event. This Instagram reel will be a video that includes information about the event.

This Instagram reel will be collaborative. Please let me know what you would like included. I will send you a first draft to get your approval before posting.

Please check your account can accept collaboration invites. (some Instagram accounts will not)

Why Instagram reel?

The Instagram Reel will be designed to build general awareness about the event and get people excited. This marketing content is the first stage.

When will we publish?

I am open to your suggestions.

3- Email newsletter

To your email list

Send an email to promote the event to your email list.

This email will include:
- description of the event and activities
- description of the partners
- benefits of professional photography
- description of my photography services
- some sample photography
- link to Eventbrite event
- any information you'd like to add

I will send you an email template for you to adjust to fit your own needs. This email is a collaboration, and I ask that we both agree it is ready before sending it out.

FAQ

How will we collab on the email?

We will use Canva to design the email template.
I will send you an invite to the Canva file, and you will add your information.

When will we sent the email?

I am open to hearing your suggestions.
I am thinking we should send the email a couple of weeks before the event.

4- Instagram post

Prior to the event, share a "collaborator" Instagram post with the Healers Edition account.

This post will mention "last minute" booking with limited spots lefts. This Instagram post will be a carousel post that includes information about the event.

This Instagram post will be collaborative. Please let me know what you would like included. I will send you a template to get your approval before posting.

Please check your account can accept collaboration invites. (some Instagram accounts will not)

Why Instagram carousel post?

This Instagram Carousel post is designed to encourage last-minute ticket sales.

The carousel format allows us to fit a lot of information into the post that is visual and more easily digestible than a long post caption/ description.

What will be included in the post?

I am open to hearing your suggestions!

I think at the very least, we should include:
- number of tickets left for sale
- benefits that result from attending the event
- description of the event activities
- description of the partners
- call to action to purchase tickets

When will we share the Insta post?

I am open to hearing your suggestions!

This post should however be shared closer to the actual event date.

5- Follow up emails

After the event

After the event, I will send a couple of follow-up emails.

Email #1:
- thank you for attending
- link to online photo gallery to purchase photos
- link to book a future photoshoot with me
- information about future events
- any additional information you'd like included

Email #2:
- let them know when their gallery is about to expire
- any additional information you'd like to include

I will share the email templates with you, to be approved before it is sent out to the event attendees.

FAQ

How soon will you send the email?

I will share:
- first follow-up email: in the week following the event.
- second follow-up email: a week after sending the first email.

These emails will need to be ready prior to the event.
I will ask you to provide me with all the details you'd like included in the emails when we are in the "marketing" stage of planning the event.

What should I include in the email?

This is up to you and what you would find beneficial!

Some suggestions include:
- Description of your brand/ business/ services
- Discount code for your services
- Resources shared during the event
- Tips on "next steps" or how to continue honing your business skills


Photography Pricing



In order for attendees to get their images captured and receive the online gallery after the event, they are required to sign up for the Eventbrite Healers Edition email list.


When they register, they will receive an email with tips to prepare for the photoshoot.


To be photographed is free.

After the event, attendees will receive the online photo gallery.

They will only pay for the photos they love at

$10 / 1 photo

$40/ 5 photos

$100/ 20 photos


(for reference, my regular pricing is $45/photo + booking deposit fee)

Step #1

Discovery

We'll set up a phone call to discuss our mutual goals.
After the call, I will send you an Asana project to help set expectations, create a to-do list, and track our progress.


Step #2

Eventbrite

We'll decide on an ideal date for the mini-photoshoot event. I will set up a Healers Edition Eventbrite event for attendees to sign up.


Step #3

Content creation

We'll create the marketing content to promote the event (Instagram post, email newsletter). I will send you a Canva template you can customize to fit your own needs and branding.


Step #4

Marketing

In this stage, we will promote the event.
We will share the Instagram post and send the email newsletter.


Step #5

Event day

I'll capture back-to-back mini-photoshoots, while you share your portion of the event with attendees waiting for their session.


Step #6

Delivery

I will send the attendees the online photo gallery where they can download and purchase their photos. I will also share a discount code with them if they'd like to book another photoshoot with me.
